I love a good breakfast – so I thought it’d be fun to come up with some cute Valentine’s Day breakfast ideas! These dishes are perfect for making your Valentine’s Day that much more special and fun! Plus it falls on a Sunday this year, so you don’t have to wake up early to get this done before school or work!!
I made three different dishes to help give you some inspiration! You can pick one, all three or mix and match! I listed out everything I used below, but you definitely don’t need all of it – just depends on the dish you want to make!
Love Eggs: I cooked the eggs in one big circle and cut the letters out with these cookie cutters. I arranged the X’s and O’s in the corresponding shapes and then baked them in the oven. Lastly, I cut some strawberries in the shape of a heart.
Sweet Hearts: This is the easiest one to make! I used the heart shaped mini waffle maker to make the cinnamon rolls, drizzled the icing and added some raspberries. You can also add some pink or red for coloring to the icing to make it more festive!
Cupids Bow: I cooked pancakes and cut them out with these heart shaped cookie cutters. I arranged the bacon in a heart shape and then baked them in the oven. Then I assembled the skewers by adding mandarin orange wedges, a strawberry, blueberries and the heart shaped pancakes.
These were so fun to make! And honestly, these Valentine’s Day breakfast ideas are perfect for any time of year or special occasion! And I definitely plan to put my heart shaped waffle maker to good use all year long!
And in case you need any last minute Valentine’s Day gift ideas, I created a gift guide for him and her that you can check out here.
